Every day, Couxion facilitates the consumption of thousands of minutes of content, thanks to passionate instructors and dedicated students. Our platform is built on fundamental principles that prioritize the exchange of knowledge. We are dedicated to empowering experts from various walks of life to offer exceptional learning experiences to a global audience. It's the collective responsibility of instructors, students, and the Couxion team to uphold these values. By doing so, we foster a dynamic marketplace where anyone can engage in online learning and enjoy the process.

Who forms our community?

Students: Students choose Couxion for an immersive learning journey, gaining access to a diverse range of topics taught by real-world experts who actively practice these skills.

Instructors: Our instructors are a passionate group driven by their love for teaching. They join Couxion for the chance to influence millions of students globally and for the support, tools, and coaching provided to create top-notch courses.

What are the ground rules?

1. Don’t spam

Students seek a secure and captivating learning environment on Couxion, while instructors are motivated by their passion for sharing knowledge. Once you're part of the Couxion platform, refrain from promoting external products or inundating others with unsolicited requests or offers.

2. Don’t game the system

·       For instructors: Avoid redirecting Couxion students away from the platform, pushing boundaries of what's permissible, or exploiting policy loopholes. We aim for our student community to thrive, a goal shared by every instructor. Engaging in manipulative tactics undermines the collective benefit of having an active pool of committed learners.

·       For students: Refrain from harassing instructors, soliciting free coupons, or exchanging reviews for incentives. A healthy relationship between students and instructors, along with genuine feedback, is vital for the community to make informed decisions about course selection.

·       3. Keep it professional

Instructors engage in lively collaboration and communication, fostering healthy discussions with students throughout the course experience. We expect everyone to uphold professional, honest, and respectful communication with students, fellow instructors, and Couxion staff.

Our commitment is to maintain a platform free of harassment. Be a constructive member of the Couxion community by refraining from requesting personal information, initiating unwanted off-platform contact, or presenting unoriginal content as your own.

4. If you see something, say something

If you encounter anything that appears to be a violation or if you have any uncertainties regarding our policies, you can report it directly or contact us via email at policy@couxion.com.
